Delivery, Vendor or Service Provider Appts
If you have arranged for Vendors and/or Contractors to enter the community, please fill out this eform to receive authorization for their entry at least 24 - 48 hours prior to their expected arrival time.


Contractors, Vendor and Deliveries are permitted:

Mid-Rises:    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No Saturday or Sunday or Holiday services are permitted, except documented emergencies)
Townhomes: Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No Sunday or Holiday services are permitted, except documented emergencies)

All contractors must be fully insured, certified and licensed.  
You may be required to forward a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your Contractor or Vendor. Please contact management to confirm your vendor / contractor / service provider has a valid COI on file.
 

The COI can be uploaded below, emailed to [email protected] or faxed to: 201-324-1504.

This information is provided for the convenience of the
residents. The companies listed have submitted a general certificate of
insurance (COI) to Management with an expiration date as reflected. This list is not intended to serve as a recommendation
by the Board or FirstService Residential. It is strictly for informational
purposes and convenience. Owners may choose any vendor or contractor they wish
but need to provide a valid COI to Management prior to delivery or service
date.  


Management must be notified of all deliveries and service providers for
them to be added to the daily vendor calendar.
